The overall impression of the hotel is great. Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms (cleaning every day), nice and comfortable bed, cozy room. There is a restaurant in the hotel which is very convenient as well as nice common area where you can spend your time. The location was good. Next to the metro and lots of shops, pharmacies, bakeries etc. The area is quiet even though the hotel is located next to the road it was very comfortable to sleep. And what was very surprising, I didn’t hear any noise from neighbours. The only thing that bothered a bit was that the temperature of water in the shower was changing itself from super hot to lightly warm. Also, I felt like it was a lack of the lightening. The weather during my stay was not that sunny and the room didn’t have proper lightening on the ceiling, only some local lamps. In general. Would definitely recommend staying here. Very nice and comfortable place for its price.

Room size, cleanliness, and facilities are great. Selection of cheese, cold cuts, bread, juices, cereals, and warm food for breakfast is generous and delicious. As for the location, it's a short walk to the Crimee Metro Station along Line 7. While the hotel is at the 19th arrondissement, said Metro Line also runs through stations of places of interest - Louvre Museum, Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Gare de l'Est. You can easily reach the city center in less than 30 minutes + it's relatively closer, if not the closest arrondissement, to the Charles de Gaulle airport. Lastly, the hotel staff was really helpful and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay for another night because our flight was postponed by at least 10 hours.

The hotel is very close to the metro station that leads directly to the Opera and the Louvre, and is well connected to other metro lines that lead to other parts of the city. There is also an excellent bakery and plenty of markets and shops that are very near the hotel. The hotel itself is newly renovated, in excellent condition, the rooms are beautiful, the appearance is the same as in the pictures. Rooms are cleaned every day and towels are changed every day. The hotel also has a beautiful lobby on the ground floor. The beds are very comfortable, the staff is very kind. The area where the hotel is located is ok, we did not feel unsafe. We believe that the price-quality ratio is more than excellent.

Location is excellent. A short walk both to the metro station (Crimee) as well as to the railway station Rosa Parks. Room a bit cramped, but overall cozy. Fortunately I got the room from the side of the courtyard and not from the street, which means that it was relatively quiet and I was able to sleep with the open window. Bed was a good match for me, I slept like a baby every night :). Bathroom is decent and had no issues at all. Breakfast as for 3* french hotel offered a lot of choices of foods and everything was good and tasty :)

The hotel had very comfy beds, and they were made up every day without fail. The staff were very helpful with everything we needed, including opening the breakfats buffet an hour early on the morning Paris marathon so people could eat before the race. The location was great with a metro line 2 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket literally next door and plenty of bakeries and restaurants around, too. The restaurant was great, too. We ate there one night for the buffet and the quality of food was so good. Very reasonable pricing, too.
